Refund policy

To start a return request, please contact us at usmansalimidrees7@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. All return requests are reviewed individually. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
